Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the activity on your account. One account per person unless you are on a Business plan with team seats.

What you create

The posters you generate are yours to use commercially. You are responsible for holding the rights to any product photo, logo or brand name you upload.

Fair use

Do not use the studio to create misleading advertising, to impersonate a brand you do not represent, or to generate content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Availability

AI rendering depends on third-party providers, so generation can occasionally fail or slow down. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
